When I try to install/use your product I get an error stating the License Key is invalid or has expired. Can you explain the licensing of your Seat Edition products?

Tactical Software products can be used with a free trial license by leaving the license key blank during the installation. You can install a given product once in evaluation mode on a computer.

If you find that you need more time that the 30-day trial period, please contact a Tactical Software sales representative to obtain an extension.

License keys are separate for the major versions. For example, version 3.x license keys will not work with version 4.x software. Please contact a sales representative for upgrade information.

If you have received a permanent license key and are unable to use it to install the software, please submit a technical support request in the Support section of the Tactical Software web site. Please include a screen shot showing the error and license key you are attempting to use.
