If the License Manager is placed behind a firewall, what are the issues I need to be aware of?

There are two issues related to firewalls:
  1. The License Manager accepts connections on TCP port 2392. If a firewall is between the license server and the client, the firewall will need to allow inbound connections on port 2392, otherwise it will block access to the License Manager. This port has no relation to the port numbers being used by the modem server.

  2. There cannot be a NAT between the DialOut/EZ client and License Manager.
