I tried to install your product and received an Error 1920 and now I'm unable to install the software. How do I fix this?

The Error 1920 can occur when the installer is unable to start the driver or a previous version of the software did not get removed correctly.

The following steps will allow you to uninstall our device driver so that you will be able to reinstall the software.

- In the Windows Device Manager, select the View menu item, select Show Hidden Devices, on the right-hand side of the screen double-click on Non-Plug and Play Drivers, right click the Tactical product you are using (i.e. DialOut/EZ Serial Driver, Serial/IP Serial Driver, TacServe Serial Driver, etc.) and choose Uninstall.

- Reboot as it requests.

You should now be able to reinstall our software.
