How can Terminal Services/Citrix users access a modem/serial server that requires authentication (username and password)?

Tactical's redirectors (specifically, DialOut/EZ and Serial/IP) offer four methods for providing credentials for authentication.

However, only the Use Credentails Below method can be considered for Terminal Services / Citrix configurations.  A username and password can be configured in the redirector for each specific virtual COM port.  Note: This method provides the same credentials to the modem/serial server regardless of what application is using the virtual COM port.

The other three methods are not feasible due to the nature of Terminal Services / Citrix operating systems.  The redirector's "prompt on login", "Windows credentials" and "COM port open" feature are unable to determine at run-time the username and password that was used by the current user.
