Due to architectural issues with the Windows, you can only make one outbound PPP connection from any Windows machine. This limitation is unrelated to redirector software specifically. For example, only one PPP connection can be made by a computer that has multiple modems in it.
When you make a Dial Up Networking connection, the routing table is changed, so that all TCP/IP packets destined for outside the local subnet are directed out of the newly created PPP connection. When a second PPP session is created, the routing table is changed again, thus ending the first connection.
This restriction includes multi-user Windows (Terminal Services/Citrix machine), which have only one routing table for all users. If you need to have several people making simultaneous PPP connections, you should install the DialOut/EZ Redirector on each individual user PCs rather than on a central Terminal Services computer.
