Can I make VPN connections using a modem on a modem server?

Yes, with two exceptions:

1. If you are using a Citrix server, the operating system prevents the use of more than one such connection.
    
2. If you have used a VPN to reach the network containing the modem server, you can not make another VPN connection (e.g., PPP or dial-up networking connection) using a modem on the modem server.
