I'm unable to connect to any fax machine using Cisco Mica modems. What is happening?

There is a bug in some versions of the Mica modem firmware that prevents connections to fax machines. 

Version 2.9.2.0 of the Mica modem firmware corrects this issue.

Please contact Cisco for this firmware version.
