• Online — The Tactical Software online store offers licenses and license upgrades.
• Purchase Orders — Tactical Software can accept purchase orders over $500. Use the Request a Quotation page to get a preliminary purchase estimate and/or formal quotation from Tactical Software.
• Resellers — Tactical Software Authorized Resellers offer our products worldwide.

Please Note

• All Tactical Software products include technical support.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tactical provides a free trial license to allow you to fully test the Tactical product prior to purchase. When your order is processed, your license keys are delivered to you by email and Tactical is unable to accept returns or provide refunds.  Please evaluate fully before purchasing and specify your order carefully.

NOTE: Seat licenses for DialOut/EZ Redirector can not be used on Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix MetaFrame.

DialOut/EZ Site Edition – Site License

$400 plus $150 per active port (minimum of 4) One license covers all users at a site

License key is used by Tactical Software License Manager (included).

License Manager supports a maximum number of active ports for all redirector users combined.

Individual license keys not needed for DialOut/EZ on user computers.

TacServe COM Port Server Software – Server License

$400 plus $100 per active port Includes DialOut/EZ or Serial/IP Redirector for all user computers

License key is used by TacServe software on server computer.

Includes fully enabled redirector software for user computers:
    DialOut/EZ TacServe Edition
    Serial/IP TacServe Edition

License key supports a maximum number of active ports for all TacServe users combined.

Individual license keys are not needed for the included redirector software.

Encryption Option – Available for All Windows-based Products
Not Available Online
Provided at no charge Must be specified at time of license purchase Availability is subject to USA export regulations

The Encryption Option can be added to the purchase of any Tactical Software product. Special license keys are delivered to enable the Encryption features.

When ordered for a TacServe license, the Encryption Option covers both the TacServe server software and the included COM port redirector software.

Note: The serial/modem server must also support SSL/TLS encryption for the data stream.
