When I purchase licenses, do I have to re-install the software I have used during the 30-day trial period?

The License Key you receive when you purchase a license can be entered into the trial software without re-installing.

I have purchased licenses using the Online Store.  When will I receive my License Keys?

Orders placed in the Online Store are processed within one business day.   You receive your License Keys and other information via e-mail.

If I enable an expired trial copy or remove and reinstall the software, are my settings preserved?

Yes.

Can I use a License Key for version 1, 2, or 3 to enable version 4 software?

No.  For information about upgrading to a version 4 license, contact us.

Do I have to pay for new releases?

Owners of version 4.x licenses are not charged for later version 4.x releases.

Are Tactical Software products available for download or purchase for use at a location outside the United States?

Yes, except to a country, organization, or individual that is prohibited by U.S. export regulations.

I plan to resell Tactical Software licenses to my customers.  Are discounts available?
