Site Licenses

Available for DialOut/EZ Redirector ONLY

The DialOut/EZ Redirector is available in a Site Edition that uses a single License Key entered in a central License Manager for the site.  Here's how it works:

• There is no limit on the number of installations of the Redirector on PCs at the site. 
• No License Key is needed for installation of the Redirector on user PCs. 
• The Site Edition License Key sets the maximum number of simultaneous connections that all PCs at the site can make with their copies of the Redirector. 
• The limit on simultaneous connections is enforced by the Tactical Software License Manager, which is delivered with the Redirector software.  The License Manager is installed on a PC server at the site.  The DNS name or IP address of this server is entered into each Redirector.

Is Site Licensing Right for You?

A Site Edition license may be more cost effective and provide other advantages over a standard Seat Edition license.   Among the advantages to consider:

• Cost of a single site license vs. the total cost of a seat license per user PC. 
• Administrative benefits of a single License Key for the License Manager vs. one License Key per user PC. 
• Control of total number of simultaneous connections (site) vs. control of max number of connections by each user (seat).
