Site License Keys

Converting a Delivery License Key

When you purchase a DialOut/EZ Site Licenses you receive a special "delivery key" that you must convert to the permanent license key using the Convert Delivery License Key form.

Note: DialOut/EZ Site license keys are matched to the IP address of the computer you use to run the DialOut/EZ License Manager.

Moving a Site License Key

If you need to move the DialOut/EZ License Manager to another computer, you must obtain a replacement site license key using Move to New License Server.

Recovering a Lost License Key

Tactical Software product licenses are sold through multiple channels, including resellers, integrators and our OEM partners.

If you are unable to locate a previously purchased license key, your best option for recovering it is to contact the original supplier.

If you purchased the license key directly from Tactical, use the Recover Lost License Key form to request a search of our records.

Upgrading to Version 4

Version 4 of Tactical products was a significant upgrade with major changes in licensing.

License keys from version 1, 2 and 3 do not work with version 4 software. Use the Upgrade to Version 4 form to request information and pricing.

Please note that updates within version 4 are provided at no charge and do not require a new license key.
