Convert Delivery License Key to
Permanent Site License Key

What This Form Does

When you purchase DialOut/EZ Site Edition, you receive a Delivery License Key.

The Delivery License Key can not be used in the DialOut/EZ License Manager. You must use this form to convert it to a Permanent License Key that the License Manager will accept.

You will be able to use this form only once to convert your Delivery License Key.

Need to Move a Site License Key?

If you need a replacement site license key because the IP address of your license server will change, use this form instead: Site License Key Replacement.

Instructions For This Form

1. Be sure to enter your email address accurately.  Your Permanent License Key will be emailed to this address.
2. Delivered License Key: Enter the site license key that was delivered to you when you purchased the DialOut/EZ Site Edition license.
3. License Server IP Address:  Enter the IP address of the computer that will run the DialOut/EZ License Manager.
4. Click the Submit button.

What Happens Next

After 10-30 seconds for processing of this form, your Permanent Site License Key will be displayed and emailed to you with further instructions. You can use that license key immediately by installing it in the DialOut/EZ License Manager.
