Move Site License Key to New License Server

What This Form Does

If you wish to run the DialOut/EZ License Manager on a different license server computer, use this form to obtain a replacement Site License Key that corresponds to the IP address of the new server.

You must have a version 4 Site License Key to use this form.

You will be able to use this form only once for each Permanent Site License Key.

Instructions For This Form

1. Be sure to enter your email address accurately.  Your new Site License Key will be emailed to this address.
2. Current Site License Key: Enter the Permanent Site License Key that you are currently using in the DialOut/EZ License Manager.
3. Current Server IP Address:  Enter the IP address of the computer that currently runs the DialOut/EZ License Manager.
4. New Server IP Address: Enter the IP address of the computer that will be the new location of the DialOut/EZ License Manager.
5. Click the Submit button.

What Happens Next

After 10-30 seconds for processing of this form, your Temporary Site License Key will be displayed and emailed to you. You can use this license key in parallel with your current license key for 10 days while you reconfigure your DialOut/EZ Redirector installations to use the new license server.

Within one business day you will receive a second email with your new Permanent Site License Key. The permanent license key and your current license key can not be used simultaneously.
