Site License Key Delivery Form

When you purchase DialOut/EZ Site Edition, you receive a Delivery License Key. It can not be used until you convert it to a Permanent License Key using this form.

Note: If you need to replace your site license key because the IP address of your license server has changed, use this form instead: Site License Key Replacement.

Instructions

Be sure to enter your email address accurately. Your Permanent License Key will be emailed to this address.
For Delivered License Key: Enter the license key that you received when you purchased the DialOut/EZ Site Edition license.
For License Server IP Address: Enter the IP address of the computer that will run the License Manager.
Click the Submit button. After 10-30 seconds for processing, your Permanent License Key will be displayed.

You will have only one opportunity to use this form with this license key.
